Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance we will reschedule if we have an openings that works your you and us. At StratFit you are on a training program that we designed to achieve results for you and sessions are spaced across the week in a specific way to ensure optimal development. We might not agree to a rescheduled day and time if it does not work for your optimal adaptation to training. We will work with you reschedule to make sure the day and time is best for your fitness process.
