2. Performance Testing

If we can test it, we will program for it and improve it.

The second step in Week 0 is testing the key indicators of your performance.  We only test and use the most relevant and effective exercises for each of your pillars.  The tests are sequenced methodically to ensure the most accurate and useful results.  We perform the tests every  8th week to measure objective improvement and to redirect your training program.
