A. Directing Training According to Your Strength
If your current level is "Untrained," "Beginner," or "Intermediate," we direct the program toward pure Strength development to get you to the advanced level as quickly as possible.
B. Directing Training According to Your Explosiveness
If your current strength level is "Advanced" or better, we specialize the program based on your vertical jump test results. If the test determines that you are already "explosive," we will direct the program towards Strength and Muscular Hypertrophy development to give you more hardware (muscle mass) to deploy greater explosiveness. If you are not explosive, we will direct the program toward strength, speed-strength, and power development to increase your physiological power level.
D. Using Biometric Measurements to Direct Training of Body Composition Improvements
We use your current Body Mass Index (from the caliper measurements) and your training loading calculations to determine your daily calorie and macronutrient requirements to prescribe a calorie and macronutrient plan to get and "maintain"your BMI to the "Healthy" International standard.
