StratFit Kansas City

Your Effort Matters. Train Somewhere That Treats It That Way.

StratFit Kansas City brings individualized personal training, face-to-face coaching, and StratFit Digital together in one training environment—so the work you put in becomes part of a process you can measure, regulate, and see progressing.

A Gym Gives You Access. We Give Your Effort a Process.

Most gyms give you a room full of equipment and leave the important decisions to you: what to do, how much to do, when to progress, and whether any of it is actually working.

StratFit Kansas City was built differently.

Your training is prescribed around you. Your coach guides its execution. Your actual performance is recorded through StratFit Digital, and that information helps determine what happens next.

You still have to do the work. We wouldn’t want it any other way.

But the work is no longer disconnected workouts and educated guesses. Each session belongs to a measurable training process designed to produce rational Progressive Overload over time.

You bring the effort. We make sure it goes somewhere.

Come In. Train. Know What Comes Next.

Training at StratFit doesn’t begin with wandering the floor looking for something to do. Your session already has a purpose.

01 -PREPARE

Every session begins by preparing your body for the work ahead with guided mobility and movement preparation.

02 -TRAIN

Your strength work is already prescribed through SFD. Exercises, intensity, sets, repetitions, and training weights are organized around your program and current training profile.

Your coach is there to coach—not to invent today’s workout while you wait.

03 -RECORD

What you actually do matters more than what was planned.

Your completed repetitions, sets, training weights, and performance feedback are recorded as you train.

If reality differs from the prescription, reality is what counts.

04 -PROGRESS

That performance becomes part of the information used to regulate what comes next.

One session informs another. One week builds on another.

Train. Record. Adapt. Progress.

Your Coach Is Beside You. The System Is Working With You.

StratFit Digital doesn’t replace coaching. It gives coaching a better instrument.

Your coach determines where you’re going and helps design the training that gets you there. SFD handles the continuous measurement, calculation, organization, and regulation that becomes increasingly difficult to manage by hand across every exercise, session, and week.

In the Kansas City studio, those two parts of StratFit meet.

Your program is on the screen. Your coach is beside you. Your performance is recorded as you train. Your progression doesn’t disappear when the session ends.

The technology handles what technology does best.

The coach can focus on what coaching does best.

Coaches create. Athletes perform. Technology measures, computes, organizes, and reveals.

You Don’t Have to Be Elite. You Have to Care Whether Your Effort Is Working.

There isn’t one kind of StratFit athlete.

People come here with different bodies, different histories, different schedules, and very different reasons for training.

Some want to become stronger. Some want to perform better. Some want to rebuild a serious training practice after years away from it. Others are beginning structured strength training for the first time.

What they share isn’t a sport, age, or fitness level.

It’s a standard.

If you’re willing to put in the work, you shouldn’t have to guess whether that work is getting you somewhere.

That’s enough to start.

Anyone Who Wants Their Effort to Matter
Train with a process designed to make your effort count.

You bring your goal and your starting point. We build from there.

The People Behind the Process

StratFit was founded by athlete and coach Daniel McKee after years of pursuing a question he couldn’t leave unanswered:

How do you know whether the effort you’re putting into training is actually producing the adaptation you want?

That question led from Daniel’s own training, through advanced training science and years of coaching athletes with widely different goals, to the development of Applied Training Science and StratFit Digital.

Kansas City is where that work becomes personal.

When you train here, you’re not simply being handed access to SFD. You’re working with the people building and applying the system.

Progressive Overload You Can See.

Working hard is easy to feel.

Knowing whether that work is progressing rationally over weeks and months is harder.

SFD records the training you actually complete and makes your workload progression visible over time. Miss work and the record reflects it. Complete the work and it becomes part of the progression.

The graph isn’t a motivational score.

It’s a record of what happened
.

That means you and your coach can inspect the process instead of simply hoping it’s working.

Progressive Overload isn’t something you should have to assume. You should be able to see it.

Progressive Overload isn’t something you should have to assume. You should be able to see it.

You Don’t Need to Get Ready Before You Come In.

You don’t need to already be strong.

You don’t need to know your numbers.

And you don’t need to spend weeks in consultations before you can begin.

Your first visit establishes where you are now and where your training should begin.

Plan approximately 60–75 minutes. Wear normal training clothes. We’ll handle the rest.

01

Start With You

You’ll sit down with your coach and complete the SFD Athlete Questionnaire, establishing your training background, goals, biometrics, and initial strength profile.

Your coach reviews that information with you and makes sure your starting point reflects your actual capability.

02

Build Your Starting Point

Your initial profile becomes the reference point from which your training can be prescribed and your future progress measured.

No arbitrary starting weights. No need to prove yourself.

We start with you.

03

Start Training

In most cases, your first visit isn’t just a consultation.

You’ll begin training.

Your coach will take you through the process, show you how SFD works during an actual session, and make sure you understand exactly what you’re doing and why.

From there, the process is underway.

Where the System Has a Physical Address.

StratFit Kansas City was purpose-built as a place where coaching, technology, and physical training could work together.

Everything here serves the training process.

Come see it for yourself.
